Is there transportation from the airport?
For an extra fee, IIYM provides airport transportation to and from Kansas City International Airport within certain dates and hours.
Arrivals: Sunday, July 6 and July 20, 2008--flights arriving between 1 pm and 5 pm.
Departures: Fridays July 18 (2-week session), July 25 (3-week session) and August 1 (4-week and 2nd 2-week session), flights leaving between 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.
The Director of Operations and counselors will pick-up arriving students in front of their arrival gate at the airport (arrivals) and drop them at their airline ticket counter (departures). Students under 14 will be accompanied to the departure gate (departures).

Students arriving outside these hours may make their own airport shuttle arrangements. There are several shuttle companies serving Lawrence. IIYM has no business relationship with any shuttle company and makes no warranty for their services.

Where do students live?
Student housing is available on campus in Naismith Hall. This dorm is a short walk to the music building. Students will be housed 2 or 3 to a room with an adjoining full private bathroom, which is shared between 2 rooms.
