Royal Conservatory of Music
Lynda Metelsky is on the Piano Faculties of both the Royal Conservatory of Music and University of Toronto. She is currently Head of the Piano Department at the Glenn Gould School of the RCM, teaching piano, pedagogy and coordinating the graduate Internship program. She also gives frequent master classes in Canada, the USA and in Germany and is an active festival adjudicator. Ms. Metelsky is clinician for The Frederick Harris Music Company and has been a contributor, consultant and co-author in their publications of The Celebration Series. In addition she is a Senior Examiner for Royal Conservatory of Music Examinations. Lynda Metelsky is a graduate of both University of Toronto and Hartt College of Music, University of Hartford, and her studies were with Pierre Souvairan, Luiz de Moura Castro and Karl Ulrich Schnabel. |
